Our basic service is One to One - this allows to decide which number you receive your inbound calls on - calls will be delivered to this number 24 /7; we do however offer enhancements to this service as described below:
The 'greeting' version allows you to use a pre-connection message to welcome your callers in a professional manner.
The 'whisper' version is unique in that it only plays out the message one way, to the call recipient. This is particularly helpful if you receive calls from multiple pieces of marketing, where knowing the origin of the call before you speak with the caller would be an advantage. This is also extremely useful to Call Centres and Call Handling companies.
The 'queue' version ensures that you never miss a call; callers are placed in a queue and hear comfort messages and music on hold. You can specify how many calls are queued so that callers aren't left holding for too long.
Our One to Many service allows you to route calls to up to 5 different destinations if one line is busy or temporarily unavailable. If you have staff that deal with inbound enquiries, by using this service, you can effectively operate a number of agents in remote locations. As with the One to One, it is also possible to welcome your callers with a pre-connection message that you can personalise yourself, or use the 'whisper' message to announce who has called you.
With both these services you can change the routing of your number instantly, or change the position of a particular destination in your One to Many plan, 24 hours a day, without the need to contact us. Both offer a voicemail option should you not be available. Alternatively, if you don't wish to use the voicemail facility on these services, callers can simply be informed that no one is currently available to take the call.
