Ratio Divert

Our ratio distribution facility is excellent for businesses and organisations who frequently or periodically experience high call volumes and need to spread them either across multiple departments or sites or an outsourced call centre.

The calls are routed on a pre-determined plan sending for example 30% of calls to head office, 20% of calls to a branch office and 30% of calls to an outsourced call centre. The calls can be delivered to a mixture of UK and International sites.

Ratio distribution is even more powerful when combined with our other call routing features as described in our Call Centre product; it can however be used as a stand alone product for perhaps a product or brochure launch or at peak product order times such as Christmas, Valentines Day and Mothers day.
