Voice to Email

Our Voice to Email service is an extremely flexible service offering a variety of uses and applications.

Our traditional voicemail facility allows you to personalise your greeting and invite callers to leave you a message which is then sent to you as an email with a wav attachment or of course you can dial in and pick up your messages. We can even send you an SMS alert to advise you that you have a message waiting.

For data collection such as brochure lines, mail order and mini survey's, it's possible for you to create a multiple data-capture telephone service, which can request the callers to either record speech, for example, their name or address, or enter information using the telephone keypad (DTMF), for example, their telephone number. Any audio information that is recorded during the call is attached to the email as a wav file and the DTMF details will be contained within the body of the email.
