What is Carrier Pre-Select?

Carrier Pre-Select (CPS) allows businesses to choose which telecommunications provider they want to deliver their outbound calls. Carrier Pre-Select uses network access technology, so outbound calls originating from your site will be routed directly through your chosen suppliers' network without the need for prefix codes, re-programming or additional equipment. Through a seamless migration from your current supplier, Diva Telecom can substantially lower the cost of your calls without reducing call quality. Special numbers

Certain types of call are unaffected by CPS as they are BT services and are included in the BT line rental. These include short code calls such as operator calls and emergency services e.g. 100, 999, 112 as well as numbers for unmetered internet access such as 0844 04 and 0808 99.
