Diva Conferencing offers ad-hoc conference calls globally for up to 50 participants.
*Parties up to 300 people requires a 5 working day notice period.
As a One-Off User you are able to hold conference calls for up to 50 participants using our standard access numbers.
Upgraded userAs an upgraded user you are able to:
- Create and manage up to 10 conference rooms online
- Announce caller’s name when they join or leave a conference
- Host chaired conferences with in-call controls
- Monitor calls and manage your conference using an online control panel

Pro Users are able to use all of the above features, plus the following:
PRO ACCESS NUMBERS
Pro User access numbers allows you and your participants to dial in on a geographic 01/02 or a Freephone number - which means instead of it costing your callers to take part in the conference, you as the account holder will pick up the cost. This is especially useful for organisations with a mobile workforce where dialling an 0844 number from a mobile can be very costly. We also have a host of international toll free access numbers where global participation is required.
DEDICATED ACCESS NUMBERS
We offer a large range of dedicated access numbers including international toll free numbers. Please call us to discuss your requirements.
When your participants dial into the conferencing platform, you can have your own professional greeting recorded which can be accessed by dialling in on your own dedicated access number.
Call recording allows you to record your conferences for playback. The file can then be distributed to participants who were unable to attend the call. Recording starts as soon as the conference begins and the files are automatically archived for retrieval at a later date. Your recordings will be stored online in .mp3 format and can be downloaded from our control panel.
This allows you to set your room to playback a recorded call – handy for those who have missed the call but still want to dial in to listen to the event.
