With all of Diva Telecom's innovative products and available services, quite a bit of technical terms and confusing jargon comes along with it. To help you with these terms, this page has been created to include all of our the relavent terms and acronyms that we use. UK Inbound Telephony Solutions
- Fax to Email is a very simple service that basically allows you to receive faxes sent to your business directly to a specified email address as a document.
- Time of Day allows your calls to be diverted to different destinations depending on the time of the day, and the day of the week.
- Call Queuing ensures that rather than hearing an engaged tone, your callers can be placed in a queue and hear a variety of comfort messages whilst on hold.
- Call Recording allows you to record all, or segments, of your inbound calls. When your number is dialled, a pre-recorded message is played to the caller stating that calls may be recorded, after which the call is delivered immediately to you.
- The Auto Attendant service allows you to control departmental routing within your organisation.
- M&P is a levy for mobile and payphone origination access automatically blocked unless you request.
- ITFS - International Toll Free Numbers.
- Phone Pay Plus Phone Pay Plus - The UK Regulator for Premium Rate.
