What is Indirect Access?

Indirect Access (IDA) simply involves either the dialling of a 3 digit access code before each phone call or a re-programme of your phone system. This allows users to be able to choose which telecommunications provider(s) they want to use for their outbound calls. Diva Telecom can substantially lower the cost of your calls without reducing call quality.

How can my business benefit?

Whilst you may subscribe to certain BT call packages which give you fixed price calls for up to one hour (UK landline, UK mobile and some international destinations); you may regularly call international destinations which don't form part of the BT Package; or you may simply make short duration calls - in either of these scenarios Diva Telecom will deliver significant savings.
