PC Fax

Diva PC fax is an on-line fax service that eliminates the need for a fax machine, an extra fax line and all the associated expenses such as paper and ink. Get a real fax number that is tied to your email. Send and receive faxes as email attachments. Diva PC fax provides the reliability and security of faxing with the ease and convenience of email.

We will provide you with either a UK geographic number or an 0845 inbound number which is set up on our system with a predefined email address. Your customers and suppliers will send faxes to your new fax number as normal; our platform will convert the fax to a pdf. document and forward it to your email address.

For your outbound faxes simply send email to faxnumber@divafax.co.uk and we will do the rest; we will construct a cover page with the subject and body of the email and if required you can attach files which will be rendered as additional pages.

You don't need additional hardware or software and you have an easy and confidential way of sending and receiving, filing and distributing fax documents.
