Diva deliver services that are essential to our business and they do it in an efficient, robust and cost effective way. However to leave it at that really does not do justice to the service they provide. Diva are my kind of company and operate in the same way we do. They put their clients first. They take the time to understand their needs and are pro-active in delivering solutions that meet those needs.
In our case this has manifested itself in a number of ways. We provide a global service which requires telephone numbers in many countries routing through to our switch in the UK. Diva have always had a wide range of numbers available at a reasonable cost. However there are a number of markets where numbers have not been available. Diva will always go the extra mile and try and establish relationships with providers in territories we are expanding into. They also constantly review these relationships to allow them to work with different providers if the quality of service that they are getting has not met their or our standards. This has been instrumental in allowing us to grow into a global provider of services to the automotive industry.
Perhaps, of equal importance is issue handling, I think the way partners respond to issues is an excellent guide to the kind of company they are. Diva have always been unwavering and tenacious in their resolution of issues. Often the issues are not theirs at all, but unlike many other companies who would wash their hands of anything that does not relate to them Diva will use their high level of technical expertise to work with us and help co-ordinate our other partners in the UK or the in-market Telcos to find a resolution. This has proved invaluable to us.
We initially used Diva Conferencing for mass call events but found their post-paid account was ideal due to the high volume of conference calls that we were making.
They setup East Coast with their own dedicated access number, as we required our own personalised greeting and created a cost-centre billing solution for us to analyse calls to gain control of department budgets. I highly recommend Diva’s conferencing facilities due to the quality of service and flexibility of the billing platform. The support team are easy to get hold of, helpful and quick to react to any enquiries.
We have just completed a relocation from managed office space to our own stocking/warehouse facility. After a succession of meetings with various telecom providers we chose Erica Lewis and Diva Telecom.
The main reason behind this decision was Diva’s speed of response from an initial site meeting to receipt of quotation, but more importantly the help and advice given in a professional but friendly way. As a school, seeking value for money and an effective, transparent, future proof service, we moved our telephony provision from BT to DIVA.
From start to finish, the process with DIVA was effortless. Initial meetings with Jackie Killiard enabled us to design a solution which ’fit’ our school. No sales pitches in an attempt to sell us products we didn’t want or need.
Through the set up stage, working to our tight schedule, the knowledge and support of DIVA’s technical staff was exemplary. They guided our staff through the process calmly and professionally, despite numerous questions from the less technically minded!
Importantly, DIVA were present on site on ’go live’ day, delivering hands on training and helping our technical staff troubleshoot. This enabled a switch over which was smooth, with no down time.
Post implementation, DIVA provide excellent help desk support. The system administration function is intuitive and allows us to monitor, report and make changes easily. Their billing system is structured to give clear costings and usage reporting.
