What is Wholesale Line Rental?

Wholesale Line Rental (WLR) allows businesses to choose the telecommunications provider they want to use for their outbound calls and line rental whilst keeping their existing BT number and features*. Diva Telecom can substantially lower the cost of calls and line rental without reducing the quality or flexibility. One of the benefits being that one bill contains both your line rental and itemised call charges, making your billing processes simpler. Line features and Special Numbers (i.e. operator calls and emergency services) are supported and will be itemised on your bill. By moving your outbound telephony to Diva Telecom you will benefit from:

Line Types

Analogue Lines

Traditional stand-alone lines featured in most house holds and small businesses. They support one call at a time; they are analogue and support broadband. We offer business analogue lines for new supply if required.

Analogue MultiLine

These are a group of analogue lines which share the same telephone number. This allows you to take more than one call on your number, or simultaneously make and receive calls on a single number.

ISDN 2

A digital 2 channel circuit which supports 2 simultaneous calls. Multiple ISDN 2's can be installed to increase line capacity (e.g. two ISDN 2's provides 4 channels, three ISDN 2 lines provides 6 channels) You can have as many DDI numbers as you want on the line to give each member of staff an incoming telephone number but share the available capacity on the lines.

ISDN 30

Where more than 8 ISDN channels are required, ISDN 30 is a more cost-effective option. Each ISDN 30 has a minimum order of 8 channels and a maximum of 30. If more than 30 channels are required, multiple ISDN 30 lines can be ordered. As with ISDN 2 solutions as many DDI numbers as needed can be supplied to meet your staff requirements.

*We cannot takeover the rental of Feature Line and Feature Line Compact but we can still provide CPS.
