Is it really that time of year again? I can honestly say that 2017 has been a complete whirlwind of change and excitement. For starters, it is very exciting to think that Diva Telecom will be entering 2018 as an award-winning business!! It truly is incredible and as Diva grows year after year, so does the pride I have for my team. We’ve all come such a long way together.So, in the spirit of reflection, I’d like to share my top 2017 highlights with you.
Receiving the “Connected Britain Award” at the NextGen’s Digital Challenge 2017 award ceremony in Westminster. This national recognition was a complete honour for us and hopefully marks the first of many Diva awards!
Growing our gigabit full-fibre connectivity offering to include new cities Bradford and Huddersfield. I remember how pleased we were to be chosen by CityFibre as their launch partner for Gigabit City Leeds back in 2016.
It’s been very rewarding transforming local businesses with ultrafast gigabit connectivity, and I’d like to thank everyone at CityFibre for their ongoing partnership and hard work.
Employing new staff members and widening the Diva team is always something that excites me. Fresh perspectives, skillsets and passion will always be infectious. Welcome on board to our new staff, here’s to a successful new year! Plus, we got to welcome a Diva baby girl into the world back in August – what could be more special?
It’s fair to say that everyone has worked extremely hard and is ready to celebrate Christmas. I personally am looking forward to great company, excellent food and of course, opening a few presents!
But before you disappear off for the holidays, let me leave you with this. We’re raising awareness for the Leeds Community Foundation’s holiday hunger campaign, which helps over 30,000 vulnerable children in Leeds.
