Could you be losing business without knowing it?

TOO many companies are dropping potential business because customers can’t get through on the phone.

Not all businesses realise that major changes to number ranges mean it’s easy to rectify this problem.

Simply put, most businesses should get themselves what we call “virtual” or “inbound” numbers as soon as possible. Why?

- they come with detailed when and where reports on your incoming calls

- you can route and re-route your calls according to the above information

- you have a choice of sophisticated features eg Call Queue, Whisper, and Time of Day

- you won’t pay an arm and a leg – you’ll find it very cost-effective


Choice of Numbers

In the past, people have rightly linked inbound services with number ranges such as 0800, 0845 and premium rate numbers. But big industry changes mean that this is no longer the case!

Inbound or virtual numbers now include geographic numbers such as 0207 or 0113 – meaning you retain that local identity while benefiting from all the advantages listed above. And then there’s the new National Rate Number range, starting 03.

So, please don’t lose any more customer calls and get yourself fixed up with a modern inbound telecoms solution.
