How to Make a One-Off Conference Call

While conference calling remains an extremely cost effective method of communication for groups of people on multiple sites, it’s often not financially beneficial for a small business to sign up to a conference call subscription service.

In a small business where call volumes are low and the organisation rarely needs a conference call, one person may have a one-off need to connect with others outside the organisation. For this type of one-off conference call, communication is possible without having to sign up to an account and pay a monthly fee.

Instead of monthly fees for conference calls, some teleconferencing providers offer their service through a pay per call method. Our ‘Call Now’ service allows you to make a single conference call without signing up for a contract.

If you’re looking for a one time conference call service UK-based Diva Telecom should be first on your list. We do not believe in charging customers retainer fees. We believe that you should only pay for the calls you use, and – unlike many other ‘single call’ teleconferencing providers, we keep our call charges extremely competitive too.

This means that whether you use our teleconferencing service once or several times per month, you still don’t pay retainer fees.

Depending on your usage, we offer three levels of service:

Call Now

Upgraded User

Pro User

The standard pricing structure for calls is the same across all three levels of service. The main difference is in the variety of numbers we can offer (for example, Pro User allows you to use freephone 0800 numbers as well as 0844 numbers). Call recording facilities and personal greetings can also be set with a Pro User account. For a Pro User account, even with just one conference call, one recording can be made.
