Meet Diva’s extended Customer Support team!
Here at Diva Telecom we always strive to provide the best customer service and support to our clients, and at the heart of it all is our hardworking support team who go above and beyond to ensure you get the best from our products and services.
We have seen growth in our teams across the board since becoming launch partners for Gigabit Fibre in Leeds back in 2016, and since the addition of cities such as Sheffield, Bradford and Huddersfield, Diva is really taking on Yorkshire for full fibre connectivity. But our expertise delves further, with bespoke products including Cloud Telephony, UK and International Numbers, Audio Conferencing and the new addition of Mobile, our teams have the knowledge and expertise for your business’ telecoms solutions.
But without further ado here are our three new Customer Support Executives:
Introducing Sarah Mallinson
Our newest member, Sarah, has joined us bringing over four years of customer support experience within the telecoms industry. Her knowledge and expertise, partnered with her can-do approach has seen her fit in seamlessly with the Diva team.
“Diva have given me the warmest of welcomes and it’s exciting to join a company with such a great portfolio. It is my aim to provide Diva customers with above and beyond support and I look forward to working with them.”
Introducing Alexia Martin
Just two months ago, Alexia joined our customer support team and with over three years of experience in telecoms she has been busy utilising her specialities in providing support for customers with Gigabit Fibre, Calls, Lines, UK and International Numbers.
“Since starting here at Diva, I have been busy working on a number of projects and reviewing and improving the existing customer journey by implementing additional ways in delivering a first class service to Diva’s existing and new customers. Already we have seen great results with more changes still to come.”
Introducing Leslie Deville
If you call our customer support team, Leslie may be a voice you recognise. Bringing with him over three years of telecoms support experience, his professionalism and extensive knowledge of the Diva products make him one of the stars of the team. Leslie is responsible for order management, faults, and in supporting both new and existing customers with SMS and Audio Conferencing.
“I love getting a problem resolved and am a strong believer that a personal touch ensures all our customers get the best from their Diva products.”
Leading the team to success
Responsible for the support team is Team Leader Adrian Claxton, who has taken reigns whilst our Operations Manager, Lyndsey Smith is on maternity leave. Adrian is also on hand for new and existing customers looking to set up a hosted telephone system or for any assistance regarding a fault.
“It goes without saying that strong and effective customer service is of critical importance to Diva Telecom. My team and I work tirelessly to ensure our customers know they are in safe hands. Helping customers grow their business, is our business. So with that said, I’m proud to welcome our new members who as a team will be helping even more clients with their telecoms solutions and customer journey.”
