THE BIG REVEAL: NEW WEBSITE NOW LIVE

Did you spot the difference?


Diva Telecom’s website has undergone a massive transformation thanks to the talented Edgar, our Software Developer and Alex, our Marketing Manager. After plenty of hard work over the last few months, designing and implementing a new layout that represents the freshness and friendliness of the Diva brand, the time has come for us to celebrate its launch!


The entire Diva team have been bowled over with how incredible our new site looks and feels and we’re already receiving fantastic feedback from our B2B customers! 


Out with the old…


While we loved our original website, we quickly realised that we needed a complete overhaul of design, visuals and layout because after almost 12 years in business, as we grow, our site must be able to grow with us and reflect our innovative service offerings.


And nothing stays the same forever, does it? Where’s the adventure in that? Part of Diva Telecom’s long-held success has been down to foresight and adaptability, especially when delivering unbeatable customer service and since we see our website as an extension of our team, we grabbed the opportunity to improve Diva’s overall visitor experience.

So, what’s changed?


·       Home is where the heart is


It all starts with the home page. It was important for Diva’s first point of call to have a cleaner feel and easier navigation. We understand that telecoms can seem overwhelming at first glance. We’ve broken it down so that you can find what you’re looking for seamlessly. For some added personality and interaction, we’ve also featured our YouTube videos – get instant information with one hit of the ‘play’ button.


·       Pages need products


A website wouldn’t be a website if it didn’t showcase what we do best. That’s why we overhauled our product pages, providing you with all the information you need in perfectly digestible chunks.


We also have a whole new International Telephone Numbers section, which is one of Diva Telecom’s core areas of expertise. If you want to connect better with overseas customers, partners or colleagues, be sure to take a look. Diva’s numbers come with numerous call routing features such as reporting and disaster recovery, helping businesses reach international customers without the need for an office abroad.

As Diva grows from strength to strength, we wanted to tell our story properly. That means showcasing the people behind the scene – our team. After all, where would we be without them? You can now find the right contact for your business here. 


 ·       Extra, extra!


Edgar and Alex have put in some serious thought and underneath the obvious makeover, they’ve been paying attention to detail – detail that includes a more prominent Download section that gives our customers in-depth access to case studies and supporting documents that they will hopefully find useful. It’s now more visually appealing and easy to use. We also have an expanded Reseller page that supplies other telecoms businesses with details on how to become a proud Diva partner.


 


With the new website marking our 12th year in business, it feels very much like a brand-new chapter has begun. Erica Lewis, Diva Telecom’s Managing Director, adds:


“I couldn’t be happier with our new website. It’s exactly how I envisioned it would be, if not better. The entire look and feel has been updated to reflect what we’re truly about – freshness, transparency, simplicity and seamless customer service. With Diva entering its 12th year, and with a host of new services under our belt, it really needed an overhaul. Now we can go forward with a website that truly invites people to get to know us and I’m proud of my team’s hard work in making this happen.”
